DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
This Distance Sales Contract applies to purchases of digital products, subscriptions, and online services made through exam-mate.com.

exam-mate serves customers internationally and may operate through business and payment arrangements in different jurisdictions, including Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and Malaysia.
The merchant, billing, and payment information applicable to a particular transaction may be displayed during checkout and/or on the relevant invoice or payment receipt.
2. CUSTOMER
The Customer is the individual, parent, teacher, school, organisation, or other entity purchasing a product or service through exam-mate.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate account, contact, and billing information.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
exam-mate provides digital educational products and online services, which may include:
• Past Papers and Topical Questions
• MCQ services
• Build Exam
• Topical eBooks and other digital educational materials
• AI Exam Prediction
• AI Exam Marker
• AI Revision Tutor
• AI packages, tokens, credits, and digital add-ons
• Other educational products or services available through exam-mate
The specific product or service, subscription period, price, currency, applicable taxes, and other relevant conditions are displayed before purchase.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The applicable price and total payable amount are displayed before the Customer confirms the order.
Payments may be processed by authorised banks, card networks, payment gateways, or other payment service providers.
Where an approximate equivalent amount in another currency is displayed, it is provided for information only. The final amount charged depends on the transaction currency and selected payment method.
5. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The Contract is formed electronically when the Customer completes the checkout process and submits an order creating an obligation to pay.
Before completing the purchase, the Customer is given the opportunity to review the relevant product or service information, price, and applicable contractual information.
6. DIGITAL DELIVERY
exam-mate products and services are primarily digital and do not normally require physical delivery.
After successful payment, delivery may take place through:
• activation of a subscription or service;
• access to purchased content through the Customer’s account;
• availability of purchased eBooks or digital materials;
• generation or availability of digital files; or
• allocation of AI tokens, credits, or other digital entitlements.
Most purchases are activated automatically. Some school, institutional, or manually processed orders may require additional processing time.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription duration and included services are displayed before purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, exam-mate subscriptions do not automatically renew.
Access to subscription-only features may end when the subscription expires.
8. DIGITAL CONTENT AND EBOOKS
Digital materials are supplied electronically and are intended for the Customer’s permitted personal, educational, or institutional use.
Digital content may contain identifying information or digital watermarks.
Unauthorised copying, redistribution, resale, publication, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
9. CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights may depend on the type of product or service, whether digital access or delivery has begun, the Customer’s location, the relevant transaction, and applicable law.
Certain immediately delivered digital content or services may be excluded from a statutory withdrawal right where permitted by applicable law and where any legally required consent has been obtained.
exam-mate also provides a voluntary refund policy for certain purchases as described in the Delivery & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Contract excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
10. AI SERVICES
AI-generated marking, predictions, explanations, and other AI outputs are provided as educational support tools.
They are not official examination results or decisions of an examination board, school, university, or other educational authority.
AI services may be subject to package, token, credit, or usage limits.
11. TECHNICAL OR DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If payment has been successfully completed but the purchased service or digital content is not available as expected, the Customer should contact exam-mate.
After verification, exam-mate will take appropriate action, which may include activating access, restoring the service, providing the purchased content, or issuing a refund where appropriate.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Purchasing a product or subscription provides the Customer with a limited right to use the relevant service or content according to the applicable conditions.
Ownership of exam-mate software, original content, databases, designs, and other intellectual property is not transferred to the Customer.
Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
13. PERSONAL DATA
Personal information relating to purchases and use of exam-mate is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Payment information may also be processed by the payment provider used for the relevant transaction.
14. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
exam-mate serves customers internationally and may operate through business and payment arrangements in different jurisdictions, including Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and Malaysia.
Applicable contractual and consumer rights may vary according to the relevant transaction, merchant entity, Customer location, and mandatory laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Contract excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that apply to the Customer.
15. RELATED POLICIES
This Contract should be read together with:

• Privacy Policy
• Delivery & Refund Policy
Where mandatory applicable law conflicts with this Contract, the relevant mandatory legal requirements will prevail to the extent required.
16. ACCEPTANCE
By completing a purchase, the Customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to review the relevant product or service information, price, and contractual information before placing the order.
Where separate consent is legally required for immediate delivery or activation of digital content or services, such consent may be obtained separately during checkout.
